Southeastern Ship Terminal is operated as a MTSA Regulated Facility, and all operations strictly enforce all regulations. Truck drivers are NOT required to have a TWIC to enter the facility. Operations allow a NON-TWIC designated area for working trucks.

Facility loading hours are from 0800 to 1530 hours, Monday thru Friday. Appointments are requested but not required.
